Austin played in 49 of 50 career games as a walk-on who earned a full scholarship for the Terrapins. By day Austin is a sales leader for Avanade, the world’s leading Microsoft service implementation partner. There he liaises with Fortune 500 businesses to facilitate the utilization of technology as a competitive differentiator to drive sustained growth. While he enjoys working with senior business leaders to support organization growth, his true passions lie in fostering personal growth & development. Austin has a passion for supporting people in finding their purpose to be the best versions of themselves.
